How far ahead of time do I need to book a bus?We are available 24/7 for bookings, based on availability. You may contact us at 323-268-9998 and one of our operators will be able to assist you.

Is food & water allowed on the bus?A clean-up deposit will be required for bringing food and water onto the bus. Please indicate upon booking whether you will be needing to do so.

What are your cancellation policies?Standard cancellation policies are: 14-days prior to trip date: 100% refund 9-days prior to trip date: 50% refund 5-days prior to trip date: 0% refund Cancellations must be confirmed in writing with our dispatch department.

What are your acceptable payment methods?We accept cash (if local), check, VISA and Mastercard (American Express will require additional fees).
